Cadet365 Planning and Preparation - Information Required
Good morning RCSCC St Lawrence!
This year the Cadet Program will be transitioning to Microsoft365 for Corps and Squadrons to use for collaboration and any virtual training that may take place in the fall of 2021. With that said, each cadet will be getting their own Cadet365 account. We need however, to ensure we have correct information in our Fortress system to ensure that each cadet can get an account and that there is a consistent phone number available to assist in the set up of the Cadet365 accounts. I need ALL cadets to let me know the following:
1. Cadet e-mail address. It is important that each cadet have their own e-mail address. We need to make sure that each cadet has ONLY ONE email listed. The email must not be shared with other cadets. For example, if the Bloggins Family has 3 cadets they cannot share one email (blogginsfamily@something.com) as they will each require a different one to be used when creating their CADET365 credentials.
2. We need to validate that the telephone (main) field in Fortress is updated to a number that each cadet will have access to while attending virtual training.
